Meditation time is precious. These tips will help to deepen your practice and offer a more meaningful experience.
1: Prepare your Space
The ideal meditation space is quiet and free of distractions or interruptions. Tidy the area and make a comfortable spot to sit or lie down. You may want to use a mat, cushion or blanket. Incense, crystals or plants can bring in an element of nature.
2: Keep a Journal
Meditation practice often reveals inspiration, clarity or resolution. Keep a notebook and pen nearby to capture anything meaningful that emerges during your session.
3: Drink Water
Meditation can provide cleansing and release on an energetic level. You can support the body by having some water on hand to sip before and after practice. β
