The ideal meditation space is quiet and free of distractions or interruptions. Tidy the area and make a comfortable spot to sit. You may want to use a mat, cushion or blanket. Add incense, crystals or plants to bring in an element of nature.

2: Keep a Journal

Meditation practice often reveals inspiration, clarity or resolution. Keep a notebook and pen nearby to capture anything meaningful that emerges during your session.

3: Drink Water

It's known that meditation can cause powerful energetic shifts. Have some water on hand to sip before and after practice. This will help to support the body with the cleansing and release happening on an energetic level.
